Our 2008 Vidal Blanc is a fresh, crisp and lively fruit forward wine full of intense ripe fruit characters. Inviting aromas of peach, apricot and citrus are joined by flavours of pineapple, pear and spicy ginger.
This wine is a great match for seafood and lighter summer meals. Try it with seared shrimps or scallops or with an arugula and goats cheese salad. Best enjoyed chilled and in its youth.
