Enticing strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb aromas are followed by a rich creamy palate and flavours of plums, cherries, cranberry and Cassis. After much sampling and a lot of blending trials, a precise combination of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Merlot were chosen to make the final blend.
Try our 2008 Rosé with your favourite chicken dish, or even with your Thanksgiving turkey. It also pairs well with salmon or even lighter red meat dishes or creamy pastas. Best enjoyed in its youth and served chilled.
