Full bodied, smokey…SMOOTH!
This is a full bodied wine with ripe fruit characters such as pineapple, passion fruit and pears is well complimented by the caramel, spice and buttery characters gained from aging in 100% Canadian Oak barrels. To preserve the bold and unique flavours of this wine, we have handled it as gently and as little as possible. A natural sediment may remain.
This wine will pair well with pork or chicken dishes, especially roasts. It’s also well matched to creamy pasta sauces such as Carbonara.
