Our winemaking philosophy is simple – let the fruit speak for itself.
We believe that great wine is made in the vineyard, not in a lab! What we do is provide a gentle hand in the winemaking process, easing the grapes through something they want to do naturally anyway. Our job is to keep the vineyards protected, to produce the best fruit possible. Then the wine is crafted by our winemaker’s palate – and we like to think that he has a keen taste for and appreciation of great wine.
